RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment At VIII28, every item is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. We take pride in delivering products that meet our high standards.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our limited-edition drops, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items We will gladly accept returns or offer a replacement for items that arrive defective or damaged. To be eligible:
- Contact us at info@viii28.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached
We reserve the right to assess each case individually. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed defective or an error was made on our part.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Please contact info@viii28.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Consumer Rights (EU & UK) Customers based in the European Union or United Kingdom retain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this policy.
