MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE/THE ITEM I WANT HAS SOLD OUT
We are very sorry you were not able to get your hands on the item you were after.
Here at VIII28 , we do limited drops with a specific amount of stock.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely we repeat a style unless it is in our core collection. This is why we recommend buying your desired items promptly to avoid missing out.
There is still a chance we will restock your desired item(s) or size in the future, so make sure you drop us an email at info@viii28.com and we will let you know if it will be coming back in stock any time soon.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM
Sale items are excluded from returns.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED
If you need to change the size or color of an item after your order has been placed, we recommend getting in contact with our Support Team at info@viii28.com as soon as possible!
We will try our best to make your desired change(s), but due to our turn around time there is a possibility that we may not be able to change your order if it has already been sent out. If this is the case, you will need to wait until you receive your order and proceed with our standard return process.
DO YOU TAKE OVER THE PHONE PAYMENTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to take payments over the phone for any purchases.
